Carnivore monitoring from tracking to camera traps and laboratory methods: innovation of study programs in Ecology and Teacher training for Biology

The aim of the project is innovation of biologically and ecologically oriented study programs -- developing and testing of application for new forms of learning for students of ecology and conservation of ecosystems. It will be the application of modern field and laboratory methods of monitoring in relation to
collection, processing, and interpretation of information about selected species of carnivores, their environment, and changes, and teaching and developing of practical sets of methodological manuals. Emphasis is placed on a multidisciplinary approach, combining knowledge of different methods to
obtain information about the status of species populations and their habitats.
